The innovative Dynamic Tier Review (DTR) system - A world first!
Unique to Jet Airways, the DTR offers JetPrivilege members a multi period, multi criteria tier review option. Click on the 'View Dynamic Tier Review Criteria' to check your upgrade/ retention criteria.

On the Upgrade page:
You can check the number of Tier flights or Tier JPMiles you require to upgrade to the next tier level. Simply select a date of your choice* and Click on GO.

Using the date selected, the system will look back at Jet Airways flights done in the preceding months, based on the review period. It will then calculate and display the Tier Flights and Tier JPMiles required to get upgraded to the next tier level, as per the tier upgrade criteria.

* (The selected date by default will show the current date. This date can be changed to a date of your choice by clicking on Set Upgrade Due Date to. This date has to be later than the current date.)

On the Retention page:
You can check the number of Tier flights or Tier JPMiles you require to retain your current tier.  The system looks back at the activities done from the date you were upgraded and will show you the tier criteria requirements to be completed before your tier review due date.

- Tier flights refer to Jet Airways domestic and international flights taken in mileage accruing classes as per the Multi Level Mileage accrual system.

- Tier JPMiles refer to only the base JPMiles earned on Jet Airways as well as the 100% First class cabin bonus JPMiles (125% for Platinum members), 50% Première cabin bonus (60% for Platinum members) and 25% Full Fare Economy bonus JPMiles. Tier Bonus JPMiles awarded for these flights however do not count.

- JetPrivilege Blue members will not be able to view the Retention page as there is no retention criteria for this tier.

- Being the highest tier achievable, JetPrivilege Platinum members will not be able to view the Upgrade page.
